Bid Info:   The bid period for the project will start on Monday, the 11th of March 2024, and will end with bids being received at the Missouri Valley City Hall, 223 East Erie Street, Missouri Valley, IA 51555, no later than 2:00pm on Tuesday the 23th of April 2024 , and will be promptly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Missouri Valley, Iowa

Public Notes:
Project consists of limited existing building renovation with an approximate 7,800 square foot new single-story addition consisting of new vehicle parking bays and Fire Department support spaces. Complete Building, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical work is included within this project.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
