Bid Info:   Sealed proposals will be received at the Department of Transportation Operations Division, located at 5001 S. 14th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, until 3:30 PM, local time on Thursday December 28, 2023 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
Work includes complete demolition and remodel of the existing main floor restrooms to meet current ADA standards. This generally includes removal and replacement of floor, ceiling and wall finishes, new bathroom fixtures and toilet partitions and modifications to the existing plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Minor upgrades will be made to the existing restrooms in the basement and railing modifications will be made in the stairways.
