This project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits
required to remodel the kitchen at the 1776 Readiness Center in Lincoln, NE. Renovate
existing 1,120 SF kitchen, latrine and custodial space to enlarge existing kitchen and
relocate existing custodial space. Project to include removing existing walls and finishes,
relocate existing kitchen equipment and associated utilities, relocate / expand existing
masonry openings, install new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes and, install new electrical
and plumbing.
