This project includes a new pre-engineered metal building to be located at 520 Fairgrounds Ave.,
Wayne, NE. The project includes cast-in-place concrete foundations and slabs, metal bollards,
overhead doors, hollow metal doors and frames, fiberglass doors and frames, fiberglass windows,
and associated mechanical and electrical work. Site work and utilitiesmore than 5’ outside the building perimeter are NOT included within the scope of this
contract. Owner will be responsible for bringing utilities to within 5’ of the building.
2. The project also includes exterior signage.

A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to CWP Architects
*An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
