Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The scope of work includes the renovation of approximately 6,250 square feet of the existing cafeteria and a 2 story, 2,500sf addition to the South. The lower level addition will serve as mechanical and storage space, with minimal work done in the existing wrestling room to account for HVAC modifications affecting the space.
The existing chillers serving the school will be relocated and replaced as well as RTU equipment currently serving the servery. A new transformer will accompany the chiller. An existing transformer and generator will remain in place throughout construction.
Exterior work includes regrading the Southeastern corner of the site to allow for new equipment and an emergency egress path. Many existing utilities in this area will be relocated to account for new construction.
The existing construction type is type IIB & V with the addition being IIB. This is an E Occupancy, and the building is fully sprinklered. The construction staging area has not been determined at this time.

Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
