The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services,
labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to repair and widen
Nebraska Avenue to become a landscaped boulevard at Camp Ashland Training Site, Ashland,
NE. Project will include improved visitor way-finding & beautification, and partial road
reconfiguration of Nebraska Ave at the intersection of Armory Road near the front gate to improve
AT/FP concerns, exterior lighting to be installed in the center island areas of the boulevard along
with soft and or hard landscaping in these areas. This project will remove approx 5000 SY of
existing road & will replace entire road consisting of approx 5800 SY of paved road. Project
scope will include site grading, paving, modifications to existing utility lines & display pad as
necessary, and installation of exterior lighting and landscaping. Salvaged materials will remain
property of the owner.
