Public Notes:
The project consists of an 11,528sqft main floor area wood framed structure. The building will have brick veneer with EIFS system above on all sides. The roofing material will be architectural style shingles on a 6/12 roof. The kitchen equipment is owner furnished, contractor/sub-contractor installed. All playground designs are being coordinated and taken care of by the Holyoke Community Childcare.
