Public Notes:
The Work includes: The replacement of the existing swimming pool dehumidification unit at North Star High School with a new unit. The new unit has been pre-purchased by the Owner for assignment to the successful Contractor. Unit arrival expected approximately mid-June, 2024. Corresponding HVAC, piping, electrical and miscellaneous general construction trades will also be required. The replacement of an existing air handling unit with a new heat pump.
