Project Description:
This is a multiple phase Project that consists of indoor air quality
improvements, primarily the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC system
with a new ground source heat pump type system including a well
field. The existing electrical system will be upgraded with a new
service, emergency generator, and new light fixtures throughout
the building. General construction includes work to accommodate new systems,
a new security entrance, new ADA restrooms, and other
miscellaneous renovations.
