Bids signed and under seal, executed, dated, and submitted for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the Central Community College - Hastings, Hamilton Building Remodel will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., January 27, 2015. Bids will be received at Central Community College - Grand Island campus Board Room, 3134 West Highway 34, Grand Island, Nebraska. Offers will be opened publicly immediately after the time for receipt of bids. The Owner will consider the bids received for the furnishing of said labor, materials and equipment necessary for the proper construction of the aforesaid project.

The Project consists of a renovation at the Hamilton Building on the Central Community College - Hastings Campus. Work includes approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of interior remodel, a new exterior canopy, and new 200 sq. ft. entrance vestibule. Exterior work includes demolition of existing parking lot and surrounding pavement, and adding new parking, sidewalks, entry plaza, landscaping, irrigation, and sand blasting of existing painted concrete walls. Interior work includes classrooms, offices, and support spaces. New construction includes but is not limited to sand blasting of existing painted concrete walls and ceilings, masonry brick, EPMD roofing, metal stud walls, aluminum storefront, hollow metal windows and doors, casework, finished including paint, carpet, and resilient flooring, and associated miscellaneous mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment and devices.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF THE ARCHITECT, WILKINS HINRICHS STOBER ARCHITECTS, 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, NE 68845 within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
