Palmer Public Schools CMaR Pricing Set, Classroom Addition

PROJECT SUMMARY.
The project consists of approximately 7,000 square feet of additions
and approximately 2,000 square feet of renovation.
There will be four new classrooms of approximately 900 square feet
each and one music room addition of approximately 2,000 square feet.
Expansion does include new single fixture toilets in one classroom addition
and a science support sink in one addition.
Project will include relocation or re-routing of one sanitary
sewer pipe.
