PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held for potential Bidders on January 7, 2015 at 3:00 PM CST. Bidders will meet in the lobby of the Grace Abbott Elementary School, 1313 N. 156th Street, Omaha, Nebraska at that time and date. All Bidders are encouraged to be present.

The interior of the existing building and site can be examined directly after the Pre-Bid Conference noted above.

Bid Info:   Millard Public Schools will accept sealed bids at the Don Stroh Administration Center (DSAC), 5606 S. 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137 for the construction project generally described as the Grace Abbott Elementary School Renovations until 1:00 PM CST on January 21, 2015, at which time, or as soon as is practical thereafter, all Bids received will be opened in public at the DSAC.

Public Notes:
The Board of Education of the Millard Public Schools will receive Bids for the Renovation of the Grace Abbott Elementary School, 1313 N. 156th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. The Work generally includes General construction (including interior demolition, concrete masonry, doors/frames/hardware, metal stud/gypsum board walls, acoustical tile ceilings, resilient base, carpeting and painting), Fire Suppression Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical construction.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $65.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
