Public Notes:
The work covered by this Statement of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all labor,
equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and
permits to remove existing doors, modify some existing door
frames and install all new doors and associated hardware.
Minor electrical modifications and mechanical control
modifications are required in areas where
door swing is in conflict with existing device locations.
In many locations fire alarm controlled hold open devices will be installed
and connected to existing fire alarm panel.
Additional work involved are drywall, acoustical ceiling,
painting and room signage.
