Contractors will be required to check in with the front desk
prior to starting work each day. Construction activity shall be
limited to the hours of 7:30am and 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.
This excludes any lifting of materials from the street to the roof which shall be done
during non-occupied hours and coordinated with the city of Lincoln
for street closures.
