PreBid Info:   A pre-Bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, January 8th, 2015 at Olsson Associates, 2111 S. 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.

Bid Info:   The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 143 of Sarpy County, NE (Eagle Ridge), will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, January 15, 2015, at Olsson Associates (2111 S. 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106) at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "Paving Maintenance" - Phase I (SID 143 Eagle Ridge)".

Unit Base Bid: The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of concrete panel replacement, curb replacement, crack/joint repair and other appurtenances necessary for a completed project.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
