A pre-Bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, January 8th, 2015 at Olsson Associates, 2111 S. 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 143 of Sarpy County, NE (Eagle Ridge), will receive sealed bids until 10:00 AM local time on Thursday, January 15, 2015, at Olsson Associates (2111 S. 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106) at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "Paving Maintenance" - Phase I (SID 143 Eagle Ridge)".

Unit Base Bid: The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of concrete panel replacement, curb replacement, crack/joint repair and other appurtenances necessary for a completed project.
