The Project consists of an entire interior remodel of the Faculty Center on the Central Community College - Columbus Campus. Work includes approximately 7,800 sq. ft. of interior remodel including two restrooms, break room, offices and support spaces. Demolition includes existing restrooms, plumbing fixtures, casework, doors, metal stud walls, minimal masonry walls, removal of existing 2-pipe fan coil system, 4-pipe air handling unit, and associated ductwork, grills and fans, and removal of light fixtures and miscellaneous electrical devices. New construction includes but is not limited to metal stud framing, concrete, wood doors and hollow metal frames, casework, ceilings, and finishes including paint, wall and floor tile, carpet and resilient flooring. Plumbing consists of installation of new plumbing fixtures and associated piping and accessories in the renovated restrooms and break room. HVAC consists of new 4-pipe fan coil units and associated ductwork, piping, controls and accessories. Electrical consists of new luminaires and switches, new receptacles, communication devices and protection and reinstallation of existing fire alarm devices.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $75.00 payable to Wilkins Hinrichs Stober Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF THE ARCHITECT, WILKINS HINRICHS STOBER ARCHITECTS, 2908 West 39th Street, Suite A, Kearney, NE 68845 within 15 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
