The Advent Office Building Project, at 17838 Burke Street, Omaha, Nebraska will consist of Site Work, Building Shell and Common Area Improvements as indicated on the Building Shell Drawings set. The Project will consist of site work and construction of a three story office building with the lower level being a parking garage, mechanical/electrical room, and some building storage. The first and second floors will have common areas as part of the Building Shell work and the rest of the areas will be for Tenant Improvements. The building shell will consist of approximately 72,000 gross square feet total with approximately 24,000 gross square feet of area per floor. The lower level will consist of approximately 24,000 square feet of common area work (consisting of garage, mechanical/electrical, storage, corridors and elevator lobby areas), the first floor will have approximately 2,200 square feet of common area construction and the second floor will have approximately 1,200 square feet of common area construction.
