All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Plumbing, and Electrical work for the proposed open to closed renovation work at the existing Norman Rockwell Elementary School located at 6370 S. 140th Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
