Project Description:

Renovation of the Furnas County Courthouse includes installation of an air to air heat pump, installation of an elevator and stairway, replacement of utilities, construction of an exercise area, replacement of all windows, removal of the steam heat system, replacement and renovation of the lighting and electrical systems, replacement of bathrooms and remodeling three 5,000 square foot floors of the existing courthouse constructed around 1950.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
