Project Description:
Work includes a new 10,000s.f. building consisting of offices,
heated vehicle storage bays, heated vehicle maintenance bays, a wash bay,
and a partial second story storage area. The building shall be a
pre-engineered metal building with a concrete and CMU stem wall
around the perimeter. Site work includes new parking,
walks and site grading and alterations to perimeter fencing.
Mechanical and Electrical work includes general HVAC to heat
and cool the building, plumbing, power and lighting.
