D.Project Description:
Project consists of the installation of fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system
& emergency lighting within the existing Centenary United Methodist Church
building of approximately 32,360 SF over three levels (lower level, main level & upper level & bell tower}.
The work consists of all Construction indicated on the drawings and in the specification,
including but not limited to the following: selective demolition,
fire suppression system, fire alarm system, emergency lighting,
elevator modernization as per (ASME A17.1 & all requirements of the State of Nebraska Office of Elevator Safety),
metal stud framing, gypsum drywall, gypsum plaster repair,
gypsum shaftwall assemblies, painting/staining, mechanical, electrical
and plumbing systems and other miscellaneous construction.
