The Architect-Engineer will hold a Pre-Bid Conference at the Administration Building, Board of Education Room located at 20650 Glenn Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022 on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 1:00 PM (CST). All three schools will be visited; Westridge Elementary at 1:30 PM, Hillrise Elementary at 2:00 PM and Skyline Elementary at 3:00 PM. All Prime Bidders are encouraged to attend.

Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for bids to close.

The Board of Education of Elkhorn Public Schools will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical and Electrical Work, for the renovation of three elementary schools. Westridge Elementary located at 3100 N. 206th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022, Skyline Elementary located at 400 S. 210th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022, and Hillrise Elementary located at 20110 Hopper Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68022.
The Work consists of entrance reconfigurations for secure vestibules, new classroom doors, office relocation at Hillrise Elementary, fire alarm replacement at Westridge Elementary, and related mechanical/electrical work.
Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis and include the Work at all three elementary schools.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to DLR Group, Inc. *A CURRENT Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
