A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the Infiniti of Omaha Auto Dealership, 1st Floor Conference Room, Omaha, Nebraska. All bidders are encouraged to attend and observe the existing conditions. At the discretion of the Owner, a bidder may be rejected if they had not attended the walk through. Due to the nature of this facility, there will be no other time scheduled for observation of the existing conditions.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Infiniti of Omaha shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for the Addition and Renovation to the existing Infiniti of Omaha Dealership in Omaha, Nebraska; that said, bids shall be received by the Architect from a pre-selected list of General Contractors until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 9, 2014 in the office of the Architect at 5060 Dodge Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68132. Bids will be opened privately.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
The Work consists of, but is not limited to: concrete slabs on grade, structural steel frame supporting steel roof joists and metal deck. Roofing will be adhered EPDM membrane roofing over insulation. Exterior materials required include painted CMU, EIFS, aluminum entrances, storefront and curtainwalls. Interior materials include metal studs and gypsum board, batt insulation, aluminum door frames, wood doors and hollow metal frames, interior finishes, casework, plumbing, fire protection, heating-ventilating, electrical systems, lighting and communication-alarm-signal systems. Site work includes grading, utilities, asphalt and concrete paving and miscellaneous improvements.
Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950.
For Pre-invited General Contractors there is NO DEPOSIT for this project.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
Bidders may also obtain a CD
with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to
biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A non-refundable fee in the amount of $25 per CD and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (supplied by the Architect)is required to process digital document requests.
CD's ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH A&D TECHNICAL SUPPLY CO., INC.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee determined by Carlson West Povondra Architects will be required.
Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening.
