Sealed bids for the renovation/construction of the City of Omaha District #3 Building Re-Roof, 4110 S. 140th Street, Omaha, NE 68144, are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening date, as per the project's specifications.
Sealed bids to be addressed to Buster Brown, City Clerk, LC-1, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, marked "BID ON: City of Omaha District #3 Building Re-Roof", must be in his office on or before 11:00 AM on 10 December 2014 at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.
