Bids will be received at IP Design Group, 1102 Douglas-on-the-Mall, Omaha, Nebraska 68102, Attn: Jessica Hiatt. Bids are valid only if received at the place named above, before the designated bid time above. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened. Proposals will be opened privately. The successful Contractor(s) will be notified.

The general nature of the project is installation of a new video projection system to be integrated with the existing audiovisual systems within the space.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain drawings and specifications for the work from the office of A & D Technical Supply Co., located at 4320 South 89th St, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 ex. 4, or by order through their Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com. upon receipt of a refundable deposit (check or builders card) in the amount of $50.00 payable to IP Design Group Inc.

If shipping is required, there is a flat rate of $20.00 per set (Please address all checks for shipping to A&D Tech Supply).

before sending them in the mail.

Deposits will be refunded to successful contractors upon award of the contract.
Deposits will be refunded to unsuccessful contractors if undamaged documents are returned to A&D Technical Supply within 30 days of award of contract.
