PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held for this project on November 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Bidders shall meet in the lobby of Ron Witt Support Services Center. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Bids shall be received for a Combined Construction contract including General, Plumbing, and Electrical work for the proposed renovation work at the existing Ron Witt Support Services located at13737 Industrial Road, Omaha, Nebraska.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
