A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:30 PM local time on Monday, October 20th, 2014 at Olsson Associates, 2111 S. 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.

The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 568 of Douglas County, NE (Majestic Pointe), will receive sealed bids until 2:00 PM local time on October 27th, 2014 at Olsson Associates (2111 S. 67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for furnishing labor, materials and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "Sanitary Sewer System Section I - SID 568 Majestic Pointe".

The project is briefly described as follows:
Unit Base Bid: The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the installation of an 8" sanitary sewer pipe together with 6" sanitary sewer stubs to each lot, manholes, a 12" outfall sewer pipe and any other necessary appurtenances required to provide sanitary sewer service to the Majestic Pointe subdivision.
