Sealed bids for the renovation/construction of the - Heartland Park Grape Area Light Rewiring Design are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening date, as per the project's specifications.
Sealed bids to be addressed to Buster Brown, City Clerk, LC-1, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, marked 'BID ON: City of Omaha - Heartland Park Grape Area Light Rewiring Design', must be in his office on or before 11:00 AM on the bid opening date at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

Grape Area Lighting Design:
This project consists of rewiring twenty (20) "grape type" area lights located at various locations within the City. The design is based on the installation of a panel box placed at the base of the area light pole with each of the lights on its own circuit and a switch to allow the City to disengage the entire light if needed. This work also includes the re-lamping of all associated fixtures with new lamps along with an alternate costs per fixture to replace any existing non-functioning ballast, see Request for Bid Sheet.
