YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Millard Public Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for the proposed remodel work at the existing Millard North High School located at 1010 S. 144th Street, Omaha, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 PM, November 5, 2014 by Dr. Kenneth Fossen, Associate Superintendent for General Administration, 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

The entire project is within Millard North High School (MNHS) campus, 144th and Pacific Streets, Omaha, Nebraska. The project consists of interior demolition of existing construction and interior renovations of the existing facility.
Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the Millard North High School Temporary Counselor Offices.
Renovations will begin during staff and student winter break December 22, 2014 - January 4, 2015. The facility will be occupied by normal school year activities after winter break. Contractors and MNHS staff will work closely to isolate areas of work after winter break.
Materials to be incorporated into the complete project shall be purchased tax exempt in the name of the Owner, and the Bidder shall exclude from his Bid all State of Nebraska and Local Option Sales and Use Tax for such materials in accordance with the General and Supplementary Conditions of the Contract for Construction.
Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis and shall be in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
