Bids for the new First Lutheran Church will be received until 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, October 30, 2014, at the current First Lutheran Church, 1110 North Lincoln Avenue, Fremont, Nebraska 68025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

First Lutheran Church of Fremont, Nebraska will receive sealed bids for a Combined Contract, including General, Mechanical and Electrical Work for their new facility to be located at the intersection of Johnson Road and Military Avenue in Fremont, Nebraska.
The project will consist of a one-story building addition of approximately 21,200 square feet of area.
Prime Bidders will only be eligible to bid if they have received a specific invitation or written prior approval from First Lutheran Church at least 7 days before the date of bid receipt.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to BCDM Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned within 10 calendar days of the Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
