YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Lutheran Church of the Master shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract including General, Mechanical and Electrical work for interior remodel work at the existing Lutheran Church of the Master - West Campus at 1200 North 181st Court, Elkhorn, Nebraska; That said, bids shall be received by the Owner until 5:00 PM, Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the office of the Architect, Carlson West Povondra Architects, 5060 Dodge Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68132-2966.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding.

The Work of the project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
Interior remodeling work of the existing youth room of the Lutheran Church of the Master - West Campus building at 1200 North 181st Court, Elkhorn, Nebraska.
Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis and shall be in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.
Materials to be incorporated into the complete project shall be purchased tax exempt in the name of the Owner, and the Bidder shall exclude from his Bid all State of Nebraska and Local Option Sales and Use Tax for such materials in accordance with the General and Supplementary Conditions of the Contract for Construction.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
Bidders may also obtain a CD
with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to
biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A non-refundable fee in the amount of $25 per CD and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (supplied by the Architect) is required to process digital document requests.
CD's ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH A&D TECHNICAL SUPPLY CO., INC.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee determined by Carlson West Povondra Architects will be required.
Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do NOT return Bid Documents, as no deposit refund will be issued.
