A pre-bid walk-thru of the existing facility is scheduled for September 22, 2014 at 10:00 AM.

Bid Info:   Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, P.C. will accept bids from four preselected General Contractors for the commercial build out per the Construction Documents until 2:00 PM CST, Thursday, September 25, 2014 at the office of Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture, 1516 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68102. The contractor shall submit bids in 9x12 envelopes with "PROPOSAL, Midwest Housing Equity Group" and the name of the bidder written clearly on its front. Bids will be opened privately and reviewed before accepted. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

This project is a 6,000 SF tenant build-out of an existing space on the 2nd floor of the West Dodge Medical Plaza building. The new office space will consist of open office area, individual offices, conference rooms, and staff collaboration and break rooms.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available to pre-selected General Contractors at no cost.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
*One reminder phone call will be placed.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
