Koch Trap & Skeet Range - Outdoor Patio Improvements", must be in his office on or before 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

Sealed bids for the renovation/construction of the Trap and Skeet Range Patio Improvements, 6215 S. 72nd Street, Omaha, NE are invited and will be received on or before the bid opening date, as per the project's specifications.
The Work consists of the construction of:
1. Removal of existing concrete surfacing, fencing and site furnishings
2. New concrete paving
3. New 4' high decorative fencing
4. Site earthwork and grading
5. Exterior fire pit
The work will be constructed under a single prime contract.
Contract completion date shall be: December 31, 2014.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
