PreBid Info:   A pre-bid walk through has been scheduled for Monday September 15, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the project site for interested Contractors, Suppliers and Subcontractors to view the project site and ask questions. Attendance is not mandatory, but suggested.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the Info-Tech Build-Out in the College Park Facility located at Highway 59 and Hawkeye Avenue in Harlan, Iowa will be received at Harlan City Hall in Harlan, Iowa, until Tuesday October 7, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. and will be opened publicly. The bid tab will be made public. Weighted consideration will be given to the bidder with the earliest completion date.

Project Location: Harlan, Iowa

Public Notes:
The Work includes but is not limited to finish work in an existing building. Materials include wood doors and hollow metal frames, drywall, carpet, ceiling tile, paint and other interior finishes. Fire sprinklers, mechanical and electrical systems are included in the work. There is no site work.
