Bid Info:   Bids shall be submitted to the Owner, at the following location: Bahr Vermeer Haecker Architects, 1425 Jones Street, Omaha Nebraska 68102, Attn: Paul Jeffrey, for the Plaza 21 Building located at 2133 West Broadway, Council Bluffs, Iowa, before 2:00 pm local time on September 25, 2014. At that time, Bids will be privately opened. A bid is invalid if it has not been deposited at the location noted above prior to the time and date for receipt of bids.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
The project is a new strip mall that will house (3) tenants. This is a single story building with approximately 4,000 s.f. This contract will include minimal interior finishes. The construction will be post and beam with metal stud infill. The exterior will consist of cmu veneer and metal siding with a membrane roof. Surface drainage will be routed through an underground storm water detention below the parking lot.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
