Bid Info:   Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 23, 2014, in the Board Room at Norfolk Public Schools' Administration Building, 512 Philip Avenue, Norfolk, Nebraska.

Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above date and time, or shortly thereafter.

Proposals will be received for a single general contract for the Work. Low bid will be based on base bid accepted by the Owner plus alternates accepted by the Owner. Substitutions will not be used to determine the low bidder. Faxed bids will not be acceptable. List of sub-contractors used will be required.

Project Location: Norfolk, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work includes Administration Building Window Replacement for Norfolk Public Schools.

The Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

The Work shall be conducted in a single phase.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Cannon Moss Brygger Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Electronic copies will NOT be available for this project.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801, within 10 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
If Bid Documents are returned to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. deposit will be forfeited.
