Bid Info:   Bids for the renovation work for Waypoint Church - Phase 02 will be received on September 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the office of BCDM Architects, 1015 N. 98th Street, Suite 300, Omaha, Nebraska 68114.

Public Notes:
Waypoint Church will receive sealed bids for Multiple Prime Contracts, for the remodel of the building located at 1313 N. 48th Avenue in Omaha, Nebraska.

Multiple Prime Contracts include the following:

Supervision; Selective Demolition; Site Demolition, concrete pavement and walks; Landscaping; Concrete; Unit Masonry; Steel Erection; Structural Steel; Metal fabrications; RTU security cages; Rough carpentry; Finish carpentry; Architectural casework and millwork (material only); Roofing and sheet metal; Corrugated metal siding; Hollow metal frames / wood doors / door hardware (material only); Aluminum frames and doors / glass and glazing; Drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings; Tile; Carpet and Resilient flooring; Painting and wallcovering; Signage; Specialties (material only); Baptismal font; Window coverings; Fire Protection; Plumbing; HVAC / Controls; Electrical

The project will consist of a one-story interior renovation of approximately 25,338 square feet of area on the main level of the building.

Bids must be on a lump sum basis for each Prime Contract. Contractors may bid on more than one Prime Contract.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to BCDM Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned within 10 calendar days of the Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
