Boys Town shall receive sealed bids on a Combined Construction contract for the proposed improvement work at the existing Phase II Homes at sixteen locations along Walsh Drive, Alexian Circle and Franciscan Circle, Boys Town, Nebraska; that said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at the front reception desk of the Physical Resources Office at 355 McBreen Circle, Boys Town, Nebraska. Bids will be opened sometime thereafter in a closed bid opening session.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
The project consists of the removal of existing stucco and trim board finishes in preparation for new siding. Additional work included but not limited to wood framing and trim, gutters and downspouts, roofing, railings and EIFS.
Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. * A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
Bidders may also obtain a CD
with PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to
biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500.
A non-refundable fee in the amount of $25 per CD and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (supplied by the Architect)is required to process digital document requests.
CD's ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH A&D TECHNICAL SUPPLY CO., INC.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is requested, a non-refundable fee determined by Carlson West Povondra Architects will be required.
Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do NOT return Bid Documents as no deposit refund will be issued.
