Public Notes:
Construction will include replacement and relocation of
Basement Level HVAC to an expanded mechanical penthouse,
re-location of all restrooms, replacement and upgrades to existing passenger and freight elevators,
all new lighting, security and data systems, sealing of exterior shell
with installation of closed-cell spray-applied insulation, replacement of plaster soffits,
replacement of all flooring, painting of all walls, replacement of stair railings,
replacement of storefront windows and structural infill
at existing openings and expansion of penthouse structure.
