The project consists of the renovation and expansion of the existing Woodhouse Porsche of Omaha Car Dealership, located at 66th and 'L' Street in Omaha, NE. the project includes the exterior and interior renovation of the existing building, and two new building additions. The first addition is a showroom addition at the northwest with new entrance and vehicle delivery area. The second addition is a new service department at the south, including service area with vehicle lifts, parts department, offices, locker room with restrooms, and wash bay. The improvements include all structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil/site work required to complete the project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
