PreBid Info:   A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on August 27, 2014 at the City of Blair Water Treatment Plant, 742 Fairview Drive. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.

Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the construction of the Fairview Drive Embankment and Earthen Berm Grading will be received, by City of Blair, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska, until 10:00 AM local time on September 16, 2014, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Blair, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Project consists of constructing roadway embankment and an earthen flood control berm.

Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.

The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 15, 2015, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 15, 2015.

Parts of the Work shall be substantially completed on or before the following milestones:

1. Milestone 1 - Temporary Access Road and Fence: November 30, 2014
2. Milestone 2 - Tree removals: March 15, 2015

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
Do NOT return Bid Documents, as no deposit refund will be issued.
