Sealed bids for the construction of the Fairview Drive Embankment and Earthen Berm Grading will be received, by City of Blair, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska, until 10:00 AM local time on September 16, 2014, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of constructing roadway embankment and an earthen flood control berm.
Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.
The Work will be substantially completed on or before September 15, 2015, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before October 15, 2015.
Parts of the Work shall be substantially completed on or before the following milestones:
1. Milestone 1 - Temporary Access Road and Fence: November 30, 2014
2. Milestone 2 - Tree removals: March 15, 2015

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
