Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on September 9, 2014 for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK for this project include the following approximate quantities:
24" Trenchless Sanitary Sewer, 275 LF; Trenched Sanitary Sewer, 229 LF; Epoxy Manhole Lining, 1 EA; Dewatering, 1 LS; 30" Sanitary Sewer Removal, 1,968 LF.
The work under the proposed contract shall be completed as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.
All work is to be completed on or before March 31, 2015. Work to commence within 10 calendar days from the date the Notice to Proceed is issued.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to HGM Associates, Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the City Council Award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
