Bid Info:   The Board of Directors of Millard Public Schools (MPS), will receive sealed bids until 2:00 P.M. local time, September 3, 2014 at the Support Services Building in conference room located at 13906 'F' Street, Omaha, NE 68137, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of the project entitled "North High School - Site Improvements."

The project is briefly described as follows:

Base Bid
The undersigned hereby proposes and agrees to perform the foregoing, with the Base Bid for improvements including the installation of two bull pens, removal and replacement of two foul poles, and the removal and replacement of score board per the drawings and specifications.

Alternate Bid #1
The undersigned hereby proposes and agrees to perform the foregoing, with the Alternate Bid for improvements including the installation of two 35' flag poles and associated concrete per the drawings and specifications.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
