Sealed bids will be received by the Construction & Facilities Management Office, Nebraska Military Department, 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68524 until 1:30 p.m. on the 2nd day of September 2014 OR HAND CARRIED TO the Construction & Facilities Management Office (CFMO), by 1:30 p.m., 2433 NW 24th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. in the CFMO Conference Room (3rd Floor Joint Forces Headquarters Building).
