Public Notes:
Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide installation, programming, and maintenance services for an IP-based electronic surveillance (EVS) system to be deployed at multiple facilities across the District. The District has approximately six (6) comprehensive high schools, eleven (11) middle schools, and thirty-eight (38) elementary schools.

The goal of the request for proposal (RFP) is to establish a multi-year agreement with pricing for labor and the various components of the EVS system including IP cameras, video management system (VMS) software, and all associated software licensing.

PLEASE NOTE: RFP DOCUMENTS MAY BE OBTAINED FROM A&D OMAHA OR A&D LINCOLN.

Proposal Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402)592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $50.00 payable to Lincoln Public Schools. *A CURRENT Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

CD's and Downloads are NOT available for this Request for Proposals.
Only complete sets of Proposal Documents may be obtained; no partial set orders are allowed.

If shipping of Proposal Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Proposal Documents MUST be returned within 10 calendar days of due date for Request for Proposals.
If documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit will be forfeited.
