Bid Info:   INVITATION to submit sealed bids is hereby made by the Board of Education of the Council Bluffs Community School District for the Kirn Middle School Phased Roof Replacement 2014-2015 Project.

Up to and until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2014.

All sealed bids must be delivered to the office of HGM Associates, Inc. prior to the official Bid Opening, as stated above, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail. Bids received after the Official Bid Opening will be returned unopened.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
The Work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of roofing system and miscellaneous modifications to existing buildings. Materials include single ply membrane roofing, insulation, pre-finished metal flashing and sheathing. Minor modifications to mechanical and electrical are included in the work.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402)592-4950. There is NO DEPOSIT for this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned to the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. within 14 calendar days of Bid Opening.
