Sealed bids to be addressed to Buster Brown, City Clerk, LC-1, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center,
Omaha, Nebraska 68183, marked “BID ON: City of Omaha City of Omaha Trail Replacement”, must be in his
office on or before 11:00 A.M. on August 6, 2014, at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City
Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center.

The work consists of, but not limited to the installation and maintenance of “trail closed” barricades,
removal and reinstallation of circular, tenth of a mile trail markers, removal of the existing ten foot (10’-
0”) wide concrete trail, layout of the new trail to the same lines and grades as the existing trail, placing
concrete for the new ten foot (10’-0”) wide trail, fine grading and seeding disturbed sides for the new
trail.
