Peru State College Campus - TJ Majors Building Upgrade

Project Description:
The Project consists of the alteration of the existing TJ Majors Office/Classroom Building,
containing approximately 49,000 total square feet in the 3 floor levels
plus an approximate 16,000 square foot attic.
Renovation work includes new mechanical systems,
with related plumbing systems; a geothermal well field and piping; new electrical systems;
restructuring the attic to support new mechanical equipment;
remodeling of interior spaces to address code compliance issues
and to address upgrade of existing finishes
