The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. A new replacement restaurant that will be connected to the renovated hotel building on the north corner of the property. Schemmer is contracted for the building shell and major building systems design. The Owner contracted directly with Institutional Services, Inc. (ISI) out of Sioux Falls, SD for restaurant interiors and food service design. The interior finish package and equipment will be coordinated separately by the Owner and ISI. First Floor: 8, 030 GSF.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
