Bids must be sealed and contain 8 hard copies of the bid and one electronic copy of the bid on a flash drive (in PDF format), and must be received by the Business Department at Westside Community Schools, ABC Building, 909 South 76th St., Omaha, NE 68114 on or before July 10, 2014, at 4:00 PM CST. At that date and time bidding shall close, and bids received shall be immediately and simultaneously opened in the presence of bidders, or representatives of bidders.

Westside Community Schools in Omaha, Nebraska, is soliciting bids from
qualified firms to provide for construction of a new central kitchen facility at a site utilized by the district at 7667 D St. (Ideal Water Building).
In general, the work will include (but is not limited to) framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc., based on architectural drawings and specifications.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only Complete Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
